When my kids were stuck in the median with water up to the doors and the rain still pouring, after my son spent 50 minutes on the the phone with our “roadside assistance” program and still no one was found to dispatch, I was 550 miles away in Kansas on a Sunday morning and fed up! I called Kelly’s, they alerted the State Police to check on the kids and arrived on scene within 20 minutes of the call. When I asked, “How do I need to pay for this?” The response was, “Let’s get those kids taken care of, then we’ll figure all that out.”
